It is necessary to install the seat liner and hood yourself but we found that was easy - it just takes some patience while feeding the harness straps through the slits in the padded seat liner. The back of the seat comes with a medium-sized bag but it's not enough to hold a changing bag.

The Out 'n' About Nipper Sport V4 is suitable for use starting at the time of birth. However, it's recommended to wait until the baby is six months old before allowing it to run. This is because the harness isn't sturdier enough to hold the newborn, and you'll need a separate carrycot or insert for newborns.
