What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

Transparent device that can evolve certain Pokemon species. Silph Co. produced it.

The item upgrader is an additional widget to the top of both the Angel and Cash Upgrade Windows. The Manager is priced at 33 billion Angel Investors, and has no gameplay benefit other than making it easier to buy upgrades.

Boosts

With an upgrader for your item, you can get a number of bonuses. These can include stats as well as bonus bonuses. These bonuses can be used on weapons, armor and trinkets. They can be used to improve the capabilities of a character, or give a new dimension of variety to their character.
